Welcome to Ung Dung Hoc Ngoai Ngu (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
- If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts & Sign‑In
- You may sign in using Google or Apple accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
- You may not impersonate others or use another person’s account without permission.
3. User Content (Vocabulary, Notes, Messages)
- You may create, upload, or store vocabulary lists and related materials (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the App.
- You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
4. AI Chat Feature
- The App includes an AI assistant (powered by GPT or similar large language model providers) to help with language learning.
- AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain uses. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, safety‑critical, or other professional advice.
- We may apply safeguards (e.g., rate limits, filtering) to maintain service quality.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or access controls.
- Do not upload malware or content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or violates others’ rights.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App, including software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
- Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
7. Third‑Party Services
The App integrates third‑party services such as Google/Apple sign‑in, hosting, analytics, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the App or other users.
- You may stop using the App at any time. Certain sections (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in‑app notice). Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Ung Dung Hoc Ngoai Ngu (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- User Content: Vocabulary lists, notes, and your AI chat prompts and responses that you create or store in the App.
- Usage & Device Data: App interactions, diagnostics, crash logs, device type, operating system, and general location (e.g., country) for analytics and performance.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: If we provide a web interface, we may use cookies or local storage to maintain sessions and preferences.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and your account.
- Store your vocabulary and chat history to power learning features.
- Personalize content, recommendations, and learning paths.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Chat Data
- Your chat inputs and outputs may be processed by third‑party AI providers to generate responses.
- We may temporarily store conversations for troubleshooting, safety, or to improve features; where feasible, we apply de‑identification and access controls.
- Do not share sensitive personal information in chats.
4. Sharing of Information
